it seems like my tool bar is full screen when its on it covers the whole screen how can i resize it?

If I am not mistaken it is your Object Palette which cover the screen and not the toolbar.

If this is the case, just move your toolbar from the side to the top or from the top to the side (doesn't matter the order).

You will then free up the situation.

The object palette is a window and in some circumstances it goes haywire and resize to cover the entire design window.

We are looking into this bug.

In the meantime make sure your object palette is glued either to the top or the side and avoid having it floating as this is what cause the problem.

That seems like the issue. My tool bar was floating around the other day.
