Having graduated with a 2:1 BA Honours degree in business and marketing, Andrei has had a wide range of business experience in this field during his university career. His roles ranged from White Trash event management and venues promotion in Oxford to strategic marketing and branding of Dental Spa, an elite dental clinic in Moscow.
Andy Rose
Andy is the UK Project Manager responsible for managing a dedicated team of Analysts and tasks in progress to ensure the delivery of on-time and in-budget projects. He is also responsible for establishing and monitoring Best Practices in DataEase to ensure customers benefit from the latest innovations in the product. Andy has an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Chris Gadsby
NetPlus Product Manager & Senior Consultant
Chris is one of Sapphire's Senior Consultants, specialising in client / server developments, in particular using NetPlus with a variety of database engines. His areas of expertise cover Project Management, Systems Specification and Design for projects in the UK and North America. He is a member of the British Computer Society, has an MBA in Technology Management and worked in heavy industry fo 15 years prior to joining Sapphire.

Faisal Syed
Faisal's role in Sapphire Ltd requires him to specialise in the complete range of products & services offered by the group and develop new business leads through sales, attending seminars, implementing enhanced CRM, helping in preparing new marketing strategies and offering Sapphire's solutions in a consultative approach. Faisal graduated in 2004 with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering (BEng). He then pursued his career in a business oriented subject by doing a Masters (MSc) in Management from Cass Business School, receiving a scholarship from the school. Joined Sapphire in 2005.
Jay Gohil
Jay is responsible for product marketing, strategy planning, orchestrating online and offline lead generation activities, pre-sales and Internet marketing initiatives within Sapphire Group. Jay has 9+ years of international work experience in the high tech industry (4 years as a Product Manager), spanning across 5 countries - Finland, Germany, Kenya, UK & USA (Silicon Valley). He has worked for Fortune 100 companies as well as start-up. Jay has a MS in E-commerce from Carnegie Mellon University, USA a unique program taught by the School of Computer Science and Tepper Business School. He also has a MEng in Electronic & Electrical Engineering with Honors from Loughborough University, UK.

Katia Robertson
Marketing Co-ordinator
Katia is Sapphire's Marketing Co-ordinator and is responsible for organising a variety of marketing tasks for the Group - these include collaterals, case studies, events and mailers. Katia has been with Sapphire for over 14 years performing a number of roles including Quality Assurance and International Co-ordination. She has an Arts and Music degree and has completed a Management and Business Study course.

Susan Fennell
Susan is Sapphire' s Customer Relations Co-ordinator and is the first point of contact for general enquiries. She looks after our clients and in particular our Application and Technical Support Contract customers. Susan comes with 11 years experience in the footwear industry as a merchandiser for Bally Shoes of Switzerland and a brand co-ordintaor and Senior Sales Administrator for key accounts for an International Shoe Agency.

Graduated from Institute of Precision Mechanics and Optics in 1996. Graduated from Saint-Petersburg Technical University in 2001. He has a nine years experience of working with databases. From 2001 till November of 2004 he was working as a member of conversion team. Since November 2004 he has been fulfilling duties of project manager for conversion team. He speaks fluent English.
Alexey Ivanov
Alexey graduated from the Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications and the Saint-Petersburg State Technical University.
He has the 10-years experience in programming. Currently he is responsible for the development of software products.
George Molchanov
7 years in the field of software development as developer, senior developer and team leader. Experienced in object oriented system design, database design and analysis of information flows. Graduated State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (Specialisation "Information systems: information security").
Ksenia Kuznetsova
Ksenia Kuznetsova is responsible for all administrative work in St Petersburg such as recruiting, managing the office's finances, etc.
Ksenia Petrova
Ksenia does translation work and gives lessons of English to Sapphire's Russian staff. She graduated from St-Petersburg State University, Journalist Department and from Russian State Pedagogical University, Foreign Languages Department. Before coming to Sapphire she had worked as a journalist and as a translator for several years.
Tiana Dmitrieva
Moscow University's Bachelor of Science in Management and have a second degree in Programing Development. She has more than 6 years experience in developing web based applications.
Vitaly Lukin
Graduated from faculty of computer systems and programming of St Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation and has MCSD .Net. Vitaliy is currently a software developer.
Richard Zboray
As Vice President, Richard is a key figure in establishing Sapphire's current presence in the US. He is the leader of the American office, has 10 years of experience at Sapphire and more than 30 years in business and consumer software.
Naeem Ullah
He is the head of US consultancy. Naeem has been with us 12 years.
Carol Cunliffe
Carol is the Office Manager. Her responsibilities consist of all accounting activities and the daily functions of the office. She also handles all of the travel arrangements and seminar planning.
Diana Moody
Diana Moody is our Documentation Specialist consultant.
Jeyarajah Arulrajah
Arul is a Senior Consultant. He's been with the company since 1999 in the England office until deciding to move and become a part of Sapphire's US family. Arul is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He is originally from northern Sri Lanka and has traveled throughout Asia including Hong Kong, Bangkok and China. Arul currently resides in America and has since decided to stay in the US forever.
Seizo
Seizo works as a Business Analyst. He's a bright professional who graduated from Williams College. Most recently, Seizo was IT Manager at RainMakers Forum in NYC. He offers excellent analytic and technical skills.
Jayesh Desai
Graduated with an Honours in Applied Computing at the University of Hertfordshire. Since graduation, he has worked for several medium & large corporations including EDS as a senior developer and team leader. His role as an IT consultant in Sapphire Ltd. includes specialising in dataease and client / server analysis & development.
Joined Sapphire in 2000.
Ahmed Soliman
Graduated from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Cairo, in April
2005, majoring in computer science. Ahmed is experienced in Oracle and C++
development and is responsible for DataEase/Netplus application development
and technical support. He speaks fluent English and Arabic and has a fair
command of French.
Susan Alber
Graduated in Electronics and Communications Engineering, in June 2006, from Baghdad University, Iraq. Susan is our part-time consultant and has experience in C/C++, HTML/JavaScript & Flash (action script) development and has a good knowledge of mobile and cellular communication
technology. She is responsible for DataEase/Netplus application development and technical support. She speaks fluent English and Arabic.
Abdallah Abdel Mohsen
Abdallah has more than 2 years experience in web development including PHP & MYSQL/SQL Server, Ajax & JavaScript/HTML. He also has a good knowledge of VB.NET.
Abdallah is currently a web developer working alongside with the St Petersburg development team.
