Benefits of using DataEase:
Building upon there knowledge of the existing product instead of relearning something else from scratch. The implementation of the Windows system meant there was a much lower overhead in training the users as the layout and functionality was similar to the DOS environment. They have also benefited from better quality output of data through the use of laser printers and greater flexibility as the output documents are in Word and not hard coded in the application so they can make adjustments to documents as and when requirements change.
