Is anyone using DE6.52 or Legeasy as a Remote App on Windows server 2008 R2 (64bit) also experiencing some challenges as regards numbers and thousands separators?

The challenge is that I think it may not necessarily be only a 2008 server issue.

Previously a Terminal services app ran on the server. With 2008 R2 the app is still remote but at the same time 'local' - as it runs in a normal local app window like any other local windows application.

I still need to completely confirm this but it seems that the local PC regional settings are affecting display on forms and reports.

It does not affect DQL's - only GUI display.

This means that the benefit as regards Windows 2003 Terminal Services remote apps not being affected by local PC regional settings is gone.

Anyone know a way I can use a script to adjust regional settings or another way of getting around this in DE?
