DataEase Return Policy
DataEase Products Obtained from Resellers: DataEase products obtained from any reseller must be returned to the reseller from which they were obtained and are subject to the return policies of that reseller.
Retail Products Obtained Direct from DataEase via the online shop: We will accept the return of any DataEase product orders placed directly with DataEase’s online shop, provided that it is returned within 15 days from the date when the products are received, and subject to the guidelines below.
Steps to Receive A Refund for Return of Products Obtained Directly from DataEase’s online shop:
1. E-mail despatch@dataease.com within 15 days of purchase or delivery with a summary of why you would like to return the DataEase product bought via the online shop.
2. If the DataEase product purchased was downloaded after payment you must agree in writing that you will destroy the downloaded copy and relevant serial number according to the DataEase Licence Agreement.
3. A refund credit or cheque will be submitted to the name and address listed in the original purchase order. The refund will include the following costs: Original Price and Sales Tax. Original or return mail shipping and handling fees will be refunded to the customer solely at DataEase’s discretion.
Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of your refund.
