Three tiers of specialised support for your peace of mind

We know how important your time and work are and that's why we offer a choice of support options to help you along the way when things don't go quite as planned.

Whether you are a small company or a large outfit with hundreds of users we have the right level of support for you. Choose from:

Personal Support

For an annual fee, the Personal Support contract entitles one named user up to 15 product related calls to dedicated technical support experts in a twelve month period.

Company Support

The Company Support contract will benefit any organisation with a higher numbers of users who require dedicated support, as it entitles six named users to unlimited product related calls within a one year period.

Application Support

Unlike product support queries, this type of service will actually help you solve any problems you encounter with your application, however simple or complicated they are.

We will hold a copy of your application in house so that we can investigate problems locally and if they are not resolved within 48 hours, a software engineer will visit your premises to help you resolve them.

With unlimited application related calls during the one membership, this support tier is ideal for NetPlus developers or organisations with complex or mission critical applications.
