Technical Support Contracts for DataEase (USA)

At Sapphire we appreciate how important after sales services are, in particular technical support, for those times when you need a quick answer. That's why we offer 3 levels of support to suit your particular requirements. Choose from:
- DataEase Support - for a yearly fee you are entitled to 10 DataEase product related calls to Sapphire's technical experts. If you require more calls you can then take them up individually (see Support per Call below) or consider upgrading to Application Support.
- Application Support - this type of support will cover any problems you may encounter with your application, DataEase or NetPlus, and will give you unlimited access to Sapphire's technical professionals during its 12-month subscription. Application Support is ideal for complex or mission critical applications, or for those organisations which require dedicated technical support.
- Support Per Call - if you don't want to take a full support contract but just want to ring in when the need arises, we offer Support on a per call basis, where for a set fee you will be able to call our technical experts whenever you need.
