We offer, free of charge, an audit of your existing application and will then provide you with a comprehensive report detailing all the key elements in the application and those which our analysis indicates may be redundant or need changing and an estimate of the work and costs involved in converting it.

The process involves 4 straight-forward steps:

1. You send us a copy of your application.
2. Your application is analysed and a report of all forms, procedures, menus and imports is produced with a list highlighting which ones may be redundant.
3. You are asked to complete a data gathering sheet with background information about your application and to confirm the potential redundancies.
4. You are sent the report of your application together with an estimate.

Then it's up to you! You can either retain us to undertake the conversion for you or complete the work yourself.

Simply send a zipped copy of your application to dbaudits@dataease.com.

Please include the software version, your name, company name and contact details.

We prefer that you send a copy of the application only (not the DataEase program) either with or without data. Our preferred media is e-mail, CD-ROM or Zip disk. If you are e-mailing, please use PKZIP or WinZip to compress the files. Please avoid using proprietary backups.
