New function that refresh the status/info tables in DE8. 

The Status Info tables have been a little cryptic, but we have now normalised them so that they are tables like every other DataEase table.

You can create relationship with them, and use them in Lookups/multiboxes and DQLs etc.

We will include a new set of Status Documents in a Template so you can report fully on your DQL/OML/BRL logic and use the Tables/forms dynamically.

Syntax is: RefreshStatus() or retval := RefreshStatus().
