We are happy to announce that DataEase 8.5 Production release is getting closer and closer ant that we aim to have the official versions out as the official release of DataEase 8 next week.

DataEase 8.5 Developer is very close to the release product, but we will work a little more on the Player version before release.

The Player is the future of in-house runtime technology. This is how you will run applications in-house, and the focus is to streamline the experience.

It will get it's own settings and administration so you can run applications properly as applications rather then half development/half runtime as been the way before.

With the new DataEase 8 user license there will be no restriction on how you use DataEase in your company. Every user can use both Developer and Player as long as they are installed on the same devices, and then run production applications via Player when working on projects in Developer.

You can use any valid DE8 license both Trial and Full.

We don't issue trial licenses at the moment.

Will wait for trial license then. It is normal  for Ukraine reality now ;)
