I observed an issue of de 9 pro on a laptop which works under win 10 with Russian regional and language settings. the problem may be in "special" origins of that "russian" OS. But! the fact shows that Ukraine is a huge market for DataEase product. The reasons are obvious due to monopoly of the software under 1c trademark here. My 40 years experience with such a goods shows that customers preferences always change periodically and it is time for them to change supplier of software. Peoples are tired of 1c simply. If DataEase team will REALLY change marketing policy from software made for programmers to product they are trying to develop under de 9 slogan (yOU ALL KNOW IT) ...so You will win worldwide as it was with Datamaster in 1980s.
