Environment variables:

DE 6.53

   DEPATH

   DENAME

DE 8.5

   DEPROGPATH

   DENAME

Is this correct / any other for 8.5?

Anything else different between 6.53 & 8.5 other than DEPATH vs DEPROGPATH?

DENAME is re-implemented in DE8 to support Multiple sessions on the same computer.
Other than that DE8 onwards do not rely on environment variables at all.
