maybe DE 4.24E, i.e. English version is available instead of Ukrainian ... that ancient IBM monster keeps a lot of secrets on its SCSI hard disk but no "alive" ports and other output devices to get info from it to send via email to DataEase team ... only screen pictures  by phone. Old good times !

Still no success with DE4.24 exe file de16M in Legasy Dos app.  zip archive is in comment above.

May be the problem with serialization has an solution nevertheless ? while new LE/DE9 is in design ... still
