This is for dataease 8.2, In a DQL report I want to show the data the suer entered in the data-entry form for running the report. Please can you advgise how I do this ?

It is rather straight forward.

You simply list the data-entry field under list records like this:

and then they will be part of the body like this

In 8.5 you will also be able to manually insert and edit them but in 8.2 they need to be inserted by an automatic adaption of the layout.
