My new database went live today.  A few bugs I'm trying to work out.  We've written through the Forum about the Form uniqueness issue.  I thought this was working but apparently not now.

I have a leave of absence (LOA) screen.  An employee could have multiple LOA screens but NO MORE than one for each school year.  This form is related to the database primary form (CARD1) . . . . .so if in CARD1 and press F10 (from SS#), the LOA screen can be selected and the multiple screens this person may have will be available. . . . . OR

If you open the LOA screen and enter a SS#, multiple records are available (if any).  The leave of absence form should be accessible THROUGH CARD1 and by entering the SS# directly into LOA screen.

HOWEVER, I can only look up the LOA record by entering the last name in the LOA screen.  What am I missing?
