Flag records based on another table's data - Simplified.

Download: Example.JPG

How about we take a different approach and simplify things?

Suppose I have two tables (See Attached) and I simply want to flag the names in ZNames if their zip codes are found in the ZipCodes table. In this example you will see that the zip codes for Mike and Mary are found in the ZipCodes table but the zip codes for John and Frank are not found in the ZipCodes table. I was hoping that I could get help with the script that would look at the zip codes in “ZNames” and if those zip codes are found in “ZipCodes” it would modify the Flag field in ZNames to display Yes. I would imagine a procedure using the "StringFind" Function would do the job.

Hope this makes sense to everyone. I just thought we could simplify things and then I can figure out the script in my previous “Flag records based on another table's data - Simplified.” Post.

Thanks Again Everyone.
