Can you offer a little more advice on what you are seeking?

Is it the listing of the data you want in order and when?

in general, the data in the table view  of an form ... to reorder those records after entering new data in the table needs procedure with data-entry form identical to original single fielded form

I have three single field forms, Billers,Providers,Type-Expense set up with records in them.  When I do a ctl F10 in the field I want the list in alphabetical order and/or  if possible would like to be able to starting typing info into the field and shorten the list or do an automatic fill in.

I did not understand the "use data entry form  :) "  Is that an alternative method?

Re:Re:Re:Re:how to make a single field form keep records in alphabetical order as new data is entered

When you are searching, enter a '*' to sort the related table.

ie. So if you enter 'TEST*' then Ctrl-F10, it will display all the related records that start with 'TEST' in order.

Note: You may have to index the one-form tables ( I am assuming they are...)
