Can you offer a little more advice on what you are seeking?

Is it the listing of the data you want in order and when?

I have three single field forms, Billers,Providers,Type-Expense set up with records in them.  When I do a ctl F10 in the field I want the list in alphabetical order and/or  if possible would like to be able to starting typing info into the field and shorten the list or do an automatic fill in.

I did not understand the "use data entry form  :) "  Is that an alternative method?

When you are searching, enter a '*' to sort the related table.

ie. So if you enter 'TEST*' then Ctrl-F10, it will display all the related records that start with 'TEST' in order.

Note: You may have to index the one-form tables ( I am assuming they are...)
