Running Dataease 8.5 on a peer to peer network

Hi - I want to setup a small five user peer to peer network. All machines will run Windows 10 and have Dataease 8.5 installed. If I place the Dataease application on an attached Storage drive should everything work ok?

Setting it up like that I would not use an attached storage device but simply a share on one of the DE10 devices.

Attached storage devices come in all shapes and forms and not all of them support the correct protocols etc. so it might be a little hit and miss.

You simply have to test it and see if you get proper sharing/locking and also if speed and performance meet your requirement.
