you simply paste any cliboard image into that editor. The editor will automatically convert it to BASE64 which is a text representation of an image (or anything else binary really).

How to do that detailed please. Clipboard has image inside but it is impossible to paste from clipboard into HTMLEdit field. Thank You
got electricity again ... no success with pasting image from clipboard to image feild in SavingImage application on my LE9 version 6835 still
I hope the official download of new LE9 version 7021 or higher will be ASAP to solve the situation
Your problem is that you don't have the right setup for you LE9 WebObject.
The WebObject in LE9 is based on Internet Explorer and it is self configuring. Default configuration is IE7 so you need to set a registry setting to have it emulate IE11.
This settings sometimes get removed by WIndows Update and then you need to re-install LE9.
The fact you don't have toolbars in the HTMLEdit field is a clear indication that its not correctly configured.
now in trial mode with lost license key ;) ready to test a new LE9 build nevertheless... but sincere thx and Glory to DataEase team!
Re:Re:Re:Re:new LE9 version 7021
This vesion is close to the final release of LE9. There is a lot of improvements but its only put on here now to help with loading of web objects etc.
This will be publish with all new featues documneted etc. later this year as the final LE9 and the first DE9.
After this release of LE9, LE9 will be finished GUI wise but will be supported "indefinitely" and will also stay Database compatible with DE9 and other DataEase products as long as practical and for at least 48 months.
