Hi, Ive got the email working to send a pdf to a nominated email address from OML script attached to a button on a form using Documentrun. Is there any way of sending to a CC email address at the same time ?

This functionaltiy was originally implemented to do automatic mailing directly to many users that will all get an individual mail.

Personally I'm a big "hater" of CCs as it tends to fill up my mailbox with mails that is not relevant for me. If I want to keep an inhouse copy of mails we send clients we just create a mailbox that we include in the mailing where all the copies will reside.

But obviously that is the initial thought and as these things go the "real/normal" world catches up with us to and the functionality gets expanded to include all eventuallity.

In the LE9/DE9 project we are now at the point where LE9 is being completed and DE9 will be the way forward. As part of that we are auditing all new functionality and make sure they work and that they are syncronized and that they do everything the same way. Like if you can set something in SetCurrent() there will be a corresponding GetCurrent() to read it back and that all functions will include all the options they should like email.

So we are adding cc and bcc to the email functions and it will be in the format of bss|email@domain.com or cc|email@domain,com.

However this is not a priority but will be included in the final functional release of LE9.

After LE9 is fully released we will no longer add/change the GUI of LE9 but as it will share the same backend/database as the other Dataease products it will receive all updates, fixes etc. that is done in the database layer and one will be able to share the data between LE9 and Web/Apps etc. seemlessly.
