Hi. I have several DataEase 6.53 licenses that I now think I need to upgrade to LegEasy 6.

We are now upgrading to Windows 7 x64 across the board and we have problems getting 6.52 to run.  I see from you site that we are not alone. We have tried running it in XP mode and we have also tried to run it with the .local hack described on here and other forums, but we seem to still have a lot of trouble with it GPFing and generally misbehaving.

We are looking at DataEase 8 at the moment, but we need to get it to run ASAP without any migration/updating as we forgot to check the compatibility issues with 6.52 and Windows 7 before upgrading and a lot of our works now have serious problems.

We have 16 6.52 licenses but on our account with you I can only see DataEase 7.2 and DataEase 8 licenses. What to do we need to do to upgrade to LegEasy 6?

The only thing you need to do to get the upgrade tokens is to register the missing license in My Account and we will approve them and generate the upgrade tokens.

You will then be able to buy the upgrades either directly through your profile or via the shop.

If you are in a rush, simply register the licenses and email us so we can approve them quickly or if you for any reason can't register the licenses, simply email us the information and we will do it for you and return the upgrade tokens.
