I can see that the forum is obviously a database in the backround. I can see also that as each topic is added a new entry is made.

Sometime if we are lucky someone will reply or add to an existing topic, but sometime they will start a “new topic”, even though a prior topic exists!

The Backup topic being a classic example of two entries having been added.

What I can see happening is that the “Thread Topic” will end up with many, many entries, making it more difficult to search for an answer.

What would be useful is for each entry to be assigned a classification category. Then we could search by classification which would show all the topics for that item.

In addition it would be helpful if the columns, Thread Topic, Product, Creator Lastupdate etc could be sorted and/or items excluded.
