How can you eliminate Maximise / Minimise & Exit icons buttons from a Form

At the moment there is no way you can eliminate them because DE use MDI and these are an important part of that model.
However we are not very happy with how this works either, so we are looking into different ways of giving you better control of how windows are displayed.
